How we use property data

The checker draws on imported County assessment rolls, Land Records Viewer information, and available sales records. It shows available records rather than conducting an appraisal. Neighboring homes can differ in condition, size, improvements, and tax circumstances; proximity alone does not establish comparable value.

Coverage and completeness vary. Review the year and source labels, and verify important details with the County. An unavailable record should not be treated as a zero value.
